What is this engagement about?

The Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development has adopted a four-phase engagement process to develop a new and improved wildlife management and habitat conservation strategy for British Columbia.

We are currently in phase 3 of our engagement process. During this phase, we are consulting all First Nations in B.C., and engaging stakeholders and the public on the draft Together for Wildlife strategy.

Feedback will be accepted from November 22, 2019 to January 9, 2020 at 4pm.

There are two ways you can participate:

  1. All British Columbians are invited to complete the online questionnaire.
  2. Organizations, professionals, Indigenous communities and all British Columbians may also send written submissions to WildlifeAndHabitat@gov.bc.ca.  Please read the Guidelines for Formal Submission for more information.
How can my contribution make a difference?

Your input will be reviewed and considered to finalize and implement the Together for Wildlife strategy.
