Our submission includes 10 recommendations
The recommendations are aimed at:
- increasing community resiliency and supporting economic development
- improving wildfire mitigation and climate change adaptation
- advancing reconciliation and increasing the participation of Indigenous communities in the forest sector
- ensuring jobs are maintained and created in rural communities by rebalancing the tenure system and re-invigorating the added-value activities.
