Susan Mulkey, BCCFA governance specialist, is available to work with BCCFA member communities for $500 per day on their organizational development, strategic planning, communication strategy and policy areas. The goal of the program is to promote best practices in community forest governance. Community Forestry Guidebooks I and II and the Shareholder Corporation Contract serve as resources for the work.
