Timber is expected to be a hot commodity in 2013. Executive Director for the Central Interior Logging Association MaryAnne Arcand says analysts have been predicting a ‘super cycle’ for timber for the past few years now. But she says with the current American housing market and growing trade with Asia, demand is outstripping supply.
